What is spyware?
Spyware are programs that collect your personal information.
Spyware may collect personal information including:

Internet sites you have browsed,
e-mail addresses from your computer,
passwords, or
credit card numbers.

Spyware almost always installs itself without your explicit permission. Spyware may get installed:

by tricking you into clicking an option in a misleading pop-up window, or
together with a useful program.

F-Secure Internet Security/Antivirus

Does F-Secure Internet Security work with other antivirus or firewall software installed on my computer?

No. You cannot have two antivirus products from different vendors installed on your computer. The F-Secure Internet Security 2012 product automatically detects and removes your old antivirus and firewall products during the installation. You can also manually remove any other antivirus or firewall products before installing the product.
